Brisket

Salt & pepper then smoked for 18+ hours for rich, tender goodness. Sold by the lb or half lb.

Pastrami Brisket

Brined for 7 days, then smoked for 18+ hours. Tender, juicy pastrami with dark brisket bark. You've never had Pastrami like this.

Pulled Pork

Smoked pork shoulder, pulled, seasoned, and mixed with a light amount of chipotle peach sauce.

Pork Spare Ribs

Smoked for 5 hours and topped with honey-ginger-garlic glaze. Available by the rack/half rack.

Pork Belly Burnt-Ends

Tender pork belly cubed and smoked. Topped with sweet and spicy chipotle-peach sauce.

Pork Shoulder Steak

Thick-cut shoulder steak cooked directly over oak coals and mopped with a tangy butter. The best way to eat pork.

Passionfruit Tart

Tangy passionfruit in a tart, topped with whipped cream. The best way to finish your BBQ meal.

Meatloaf like you’ve never had it—smokey, flavorful, and with a peppery bark. A variety of flavors, including traditional, Italian, and panang curry. Only available for select events

Ribs and pork belly together, also known as bacon ribs. Cured then cold smoked, these extra meaty ribs are glazed with a tangy sauce. Only available for select events.
